The mistake number four is to think that online training is a substitute for face-to-face training, namely to have the same expectations and the same objectives and to have the same behaviors as in face-to-face training, and that is the main cause of online training failure, so online training expectations, goals, and purpose is completely different from face-to-face training, online training is a new paradigm, it’s a new conditions of learning, you will seek especially to work the capacity of autonomy of the pupil, the pupil is forced to be actor of his learning, is not easy especially in this period confinement with level school classes who are not used to work independently and who are not used to online training, therefore in online education and training, the presence of the teacher will be different so the key to the success of an online training is that the teacher or trainer is more in a support process and therefore he will be more of an accompanist than wanting to replace a physical presence.
